Why Buy a Subaru XV?

Having a Subaru XV is a great way to get around town and travel around the country. It has all the right features to make driving a breeze. You can expect good fuel economy, great ride comfort, and a variety of safety features.

Base 2.0i

Despite its small size, the Subaru XV is a comfortable vehicle. The rear seats are comfortable for longer journeys, and the seat backs are well-bolstered. There is plenty of space in the rear for luggage.

The Subaru XV is available in a range of variants, including the base 2.0i and 2.0i-S. The 2.0i-S adds a dual memory power driver seat, auto-dipping passenger-side door mirror, and 18-inch alloy wheels. It also has a 6.3-inch LCD screen that displays the speedometer, fuel economy, eco gauge, and side view camera feed. The XV also has a rear vision camera.

The Subaru XV is available with a standard CVT transmission. The engine is a 2.0-liter flat-four petrol, producing 148 hp (110 kW) and 196 Nm of torque.

Premium

Whether you are looking for a sporty five-door SUV or a practical family car, the Subaru XV has something to offer. With an emphasis on driving enjoyment, it offers an ideal mix of comfort, convenience, and style.

Subaru’s XV is available with a choice of two petrol engines – 2.0i and 2.5i – with a CVT automatic gearbox. Both models feature an 8.0-inch touchscreen that includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also features in-built satellite navigation.

The 2.0i Premium features a five-year unlimited-kilometer warranty and extra active safety equipment. It comes with leather seats and a heated driver’s seat. The all-wheel-drive system offers a robust driving experience, but the engine can feel strained under heavy loads.

CVT

Having a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) has become increasingly popular. It allows the engine to operate at lower speeds, which leads to better fuel efficiency. It is also simpler to maintain. However, it does not work as well in high-horsepower vehicles.

Subaru offers two types of CVT oil. One is specially formulated to function in a variety, while the other is designed to work in a traditional automatic transmission. Both contain special additives that are sensitive to temperature and quality. The oil will deteriorate quickly in high temperatures, so it is recommended that you change it at least every four to five thousand miles.

Ride comfort

Despite being a mid-sized crossover, the Subaru XV is a car that feels quite compact and offers a nice ride comfort. This is thanks to the new platform, which offers a lower center of gravity and improved chassis rigidity.

The Subaru XV also offers a spacious interior, which is accentuated by its sporty design. Its multifunction display shows information such as air conditioning, song information, and EyeSight assistance systems. The steering wheel is also ergonomically designed and offers snappy handling.

The Subaru XV comes with a 2.0-liter naturally-aspirated Boxer engine, which makes 156PS. It pairs with a CVT. Its fuel economy is improved thanks to a direct injection system.

Fuel economy

Despite its compact size, the Subaru XV offers a comfortable interior and decent safety. It also offers a five-year/100,000-mile warranty and comes with a reduced tax rate.

The XV is available with a 2.0-liter petrol engine and a 2.0-liter hybrid. The hybrid has a bigger boot, but the battery is smaller. This means that it has less power, but it also has better fuel economy. The battery is also covered by an eight-year warranty.

The hybrid has an average fuel economy of 7.3 liters per 100 km in town and ten liters per 100 km on the open road. The hybrid also has a slightly higher insurance group than the 1.6-liter model.

Safety

SUBARU cars are designed with safety in mind. They feature shock-absorbing materials and an engine layout that helps protect passengers and pedestrians. They also have a suspension system that offers excellent traction.

The Subaru XV uses high-strength steel to improve bodyshell rigidity and impact force control. The Ring-Shaped Reinforcement Frames body is designed to protect the entire cabin space from side collisions.

The Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system offers improved handling and traction, which helps keep the car in control in challenging conditions. The vehicle is also designed to protect the front seat passengers from whiplash injuries in certain types of collisions.

The Subaru XV also features a ring-shaped steel safety cell that directs impact forces around the cabin. The cabin is also equipped with rear seat headrests and a 60/40 split fold-down rear seatback. There is also an Anti-Lock Braking System that helps prevent sudden stops.
