Furthermore, Walmart employs a diversified product strategy and bulk sales to save costs, while their universal barcoding and stock-keeping unit (SKU) system helps decrease supply chain expenses.

Walmart’s marketing strategy places great emphasis on customer service. Their services, such as online ordering and grocery pickup, aim to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
