Le Meridien Jakarta is opening a new dining concept, NO NA MA Restaurant, on the lobby level. The restaurant will open its doors on 9 September 2020. Whether you want to dine omakase-style or indulge in an All-you-can-eat buffet, NO NA MA will have something to suit your needs.
Menu omakase
NO NA MA restaurant specializes in authentic Japanese cuisine, bringing the taste of the Far East to Jakarta. It serves ‘Eat All You Can Japanese Food, with various Sushi and Sashimi. All the seafood is imported from the Toyosu Fish Market. The omakase menu is priced at $22 for six nigiri or $40 for 17 pieces of sashimi.
If you’re in the mood for sushi, try this restaurant on a quiet block off U Street, among rows of residential houses. It’s a two-story minimalist space that offers a diverse menu. The menu features small plates, noodle dishes, and la carte sushi. However, the restaurant’s omakase option is excellent if you want a great sushi experience without breaking the bank. You’ll get eight courses for around $95 – a great price considering the quality of the food.
The restaurant’s omakase experience is an absolute must-try experience, channeling the elegance of an old-school sushi bar in Tokyo. The menu comprises almost two dozen pieces of sushi, including several premium cuts of Japanese seafood flown in fresh daily. Founder Alessandro Borgognone spearheads the effort to bring Japanese-style sushi to San Francisco. The chef is Daisuke Nakazawa, who apprenticed under Jiro Ono in Japan. The meal is approximately $180 for two people and includes optional sake pairings.
The O-Ku Union Market location offers an innovative approach to sushi, a wide selection of Japanese whiskey, and progressive omakase. The restaurant also has locations in Atlanta and Charleston. You can also order a meatless menu for $80 at the restaurant. There’s also a $125 omakase for two.

The All-you-can-eat buffet at NO NA MA Restaurant offers authentic Japanese cuisine. The restaurant brings the flavors of the Far East to Jakarta. Its EAT ALL YOU CAN’ menu includes sushi and sashimi. The restaurant sources its fish directly from the Toyosu Fish Market. In addition to a wide selection of traditional Japanese fare, NO NA MA serves a variety of Asian beverages.
Sushi lovers will be pleased to find that No Na Ma uses only the highest-quality fish and seafood. The sushi is served in a variety of styles. Instead of being dominated by salmon and tuna, the restaurant features a variety of but-based fish. The sushi is also available in a variety of rolls.

The authentic Japanese ambiance is recreated at NO NA MA, a fine dining restaurant with four distinct seating areas. These include an A La Carte menu, Tatami Rooms, and the Sushi Counter. The restaurant is headed by Japanese executive chef Tadashi Moshe, who has over 35 years of culinary experience and is famous for his signature blend of classic flavors with modern techniques.
