Stokeley Clevon Goulbourne, more commonly known by his stage name Ski Mask the Slump God, has become one of the most successful artists to emerge through the SoundCloud era. Cofounding Florida-based Members Only collective with XXXTentacion, Ski Mask quickly made an impactful statement with high-energy tracks like BabyWipe and Catch Me Outside that quickly garnered him international acclaim. Alongside his mixtapes and EPs, he has made appearances on tracks by Juice Wrld, Lil Baby Trippie Redd, and other famous rappers such as Juice Wrld;
He’s known for giving each show the energy of a punk concert, featuring shout-alongs, leaps, and stage dives, as well as his signature tributes to late rapper XXXTentacion, which have won him massive crowd cheers at every performance.
Ski Mask the Slump God has delighted audiences at festivals like Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival, JMBLYA, and multiple editions of Rolling Loud. In 2019, his debut album, Stokeley, reached the Top 40 of the Billboard 200 charts.
The Rap Cousins will bring their Grey Day Tour 2023 to Europe this April and May, stopping by London’s O2 Academy Brixton and Manchester’s O2 Apollo, as well as Zenith in Paris and Verti Music Hall Berlin as support acts. After releasing numerous mixtapes, Long Term Effects of Suffering was the cousins’ breakthrough album in 2020 and made Billboard 200’s Top 10. Since then, they’ve only gained more fans with collaborations such as Radical $uicide with EDM producer Getter, as well as their most recent EP, “Spectrelight,” released earlier this year featuring G59 artists Germ, Shakewell, Chetta, and more.
Ryan Mitchel Chassels, better known by his stage name Freddie Dredd, is a Canadian rapper and producer best known for fusing gritty lo-fi sounds with vintage samples and intense yet often dark lyrics into a blend that has garnered him widespread acclaim since their songs started trending on short-form mobile video app TikTok in early 2019. Additionally, Freddie is part of underground music collectives Doomshop and Sixset while also publishing under the G59 Records imprint.
Prior to 2015, Ryan C had released several songs under his current stage name Freddie Dredd, on SoundCloud. Other rappers quickly sought him out for collaborations; and soon enough The Doomshop Boys was formed alongside City Morgue and Sematary.
Though initially formed as a side project, The Doomshop Boys quickly transitioned into a full-time undertaking and significant success. Since their debut with the Long Term Effects of Suffering album, they have released two full-length records; both helped establish their unique sound and musical identity.
After taking an extended hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, $uicideboy$ made their triumphant comeback in 2021 with their second album, and it quickly became one of their fans’ favorites, cementing them as one of the most influential hip-hop acts currently performing while becoming G59 Records’ most successful act. They then embarked upon their Grey Day Tour alongside Ghostemane, City Morgue, and Freddie Dredd; G59 Records have since announced they’ll bring them back again to Spectrum Center on September 5 for another sold-out show!
